Hi! I'm Leigh Ann (LA) Wilson
My organizational skills go back to my childhood when my father was a Kmart manager and I would find myself helping him clean up aisles to put items back in their place.
It is no surprise that the majority of my career has focused on
organizing major events, office management, and developing systems.
A wonderful testimonial is when I left a role after 14 years and my successor complimented me on my file structure that made it easy for him to find the files he needed.
Along the way I became Lean Certified (which is way of saying- doing things without waste of time and materials) and also Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (all about quality!).
I am an organizational minimalist- meaning we will work with what you have unless it is apparent that you need more storage systems. The hardest part is sorting what should stay.
Everything has a place. It is just a matter of giving it that space.
